Buildings, streets and parks, the urban spaces in which life takes place, follow the rhythm of the city life. Social situation, on the political and cultural scene, can clearly be read from the phenomenon of urban space. The struggle for more beautiful, cleaner and better organized Belgrade is led by Belgrade citizens of all generations through institutions, municipalities, public utility companies and civic initiatives of non-governmental organizations. The BINA wishes to initiate talk, exchange opinions and experiences, define possibilities of each actor and stimulate joint action and networking of actors. Through talks, the BINA at the same time wishes to put focus on good practices in the field of urbanism, as well as on the possibility of inclusion of every individual and synergistic action of individuals, social groups and institutions.
The purpose of this talk is to draw attention to the public on existing initiatives and realized projects in the field of interventions in public open spaces in 4 city municipalities. At the same time, the purpose of this talk is to stimulate all interested groups and individuals to take an active part and make their own contribution to future “struggles for Belgrade“.
